Job Description


1. Prepare food menu for monthly basis.
2. Do purchasing of food and kitchen supplies as per needed in the menu and budget.
3. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
4. Cook meal according the menu.
5. Properly washing, drying and neatly putting away in their  respective places  all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards
6. Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances
7. Packing take-out meal as needed.
8. Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.    
9. Mopping and sweeping  areas as required.
10. Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
11. Ensure work environment are clean and sanitized.
12. Keeps records and accounts of kitchen supply purchases.
 
Preferred male applicant.
Transferable visa is a must.
